Build a hipobuy spreadsheet for a small travel capsule

List the shoes, clothing and bags a short trip actually needs, note what you already own, then decide what is worth buying — in pounds and UK sizes, with shipping dates kept apart from your travel dates.

Both buttons above open the product browsing site luxuryspreadsheet.com in a new tab. This page is an independent list-making guide, not an official shop or brand page.

Twelve categories to browse

Start from the group that matches the gap in your capsule. Each button opens luxuryspreadsheet.com in a new tab; nothing on this page records what you click.

Plan the capsule before you buy

A working list for your days away: what you own, what is still missing, what it would cost in GBP, and how many outfits the pieces actually make.

Example figures only — not live prices

The scenario below is a planning aid. The weather option is a scene you choose yourself — this is not a live weather service, and no stock, price, tracking or delivery date is checked here. Any figure you type is your own estimate.

Planned activities
Items you are considering buying, with quantities, UK sizes and estimated GBP prices

Cost per day£0

Combinations = tops × bottoms × pairs of shoes, using the quantities you entered. It counts outfits only, not weather suitability. Saved lists stay in this browser's local storage on this device and are never uploaded.

Worked example: three days in a changeable autumn city

The numbers below are illustrative only and were written for this guide. They are not prices from any shop, and no product is claimed to be in stock.

How the list works

Four steps, in order. The list is a record of decisions — it is not an order, a basket or a delivery promise.

01

Write the trip down

Days, activities, bag space and the weather scene you expect. This is what decides how many pieces you need.

02

Check what you own

List existing shoes, layers and bags first. Anything that already works is a row you do not need to buy.

03

Shortlist, then verify

Compare size charts, materials and photos. Keep the source and the date you looked at it next to the note.

04

Budget and record

Split item cost from shipping estimates, save the list, and log delivery milestones separately from your travel dates.

Twenty guides for a short-trip capsule

Each article solves one practical problem: sizes, photos, weights, coupons, seasons, care and the review routine. Filter by theme, then open the full guide.

Questions people ask first

Short answers about the guide, the tool and the links.

Is this the official hipobuy website?

No. This is an independent list-making guide written for short-trip shopping. The two buttons at the top and every category link open luxuryspreadsheet.com, a separate product browsing site. We do not claim an official relationship with it, and we do not describe it as a verified official platform.

Does the planner check prices, stock or delivery dates?

No. Everything in the tool is typed by you and calculated in your browser. It contains no live prices, no stock feed, no tracking lookup and no delivery estimate. The weather option is a scene you select, not a forecast.

Why split shipping milestones from travel dates?

Because a dispatch scan and an arrival scan answer different questions. Recording an estimated hand-over date next to a confirmed scan keeps you from assuming a parcel will arrive before you leave, and the separate columns make the difference obvious when you review the list later.

Where is my saved list kept?

When you press save, the list is stored in this browser's local storage on this device only. Nothing is uploaded. You can remove it with the delete button, and clearing your browser data will also remove it.

Can I use UK sizes and pounds throughout?

Yes. Prices are shown in GBP and the size column is written for UK sizes, including the option to note a leg length or width. Always check the individual size chart before ordering, because sizing is not standardised between brands.

Are the article figures real prices or promotions?

No. Every number in the articles is labelled as an example used to demonstrate a calculation. No coupon code, discount, delivery time or stock level is presented as verified unless a source and a date are shown for it.
